91³ΙΘΛ named a top producer of Fulbrights
91³ΙΘΛ has been named a top producer of Fulbright students for 2017-2018, according to the U.S. Department of Stateβs Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
Four students from Conn won Fulbright awards for 2017-2018, placing the College on the for top-producing bachelorβs institutions for the eighth time in the past nine years. (A fifth Fulbright was awarded; that student chose another career opportunity.)
"As the landscape for winning these prestigious post-graduate awards becomes even more competitive, Iβm very proud that 91³ΙΘΛ has maintained its position as one of the top-producing colleges in the country,β said Jefferson A. Singer, Dean of the College and Faulk Foundation Professor of Psychology.
The is the U.S. governmentβs flagship international educational exchange program. Fulbright fellows receive round-trip transportation to the host country, a living stipend, research allowances and medical insurance.
